Agri-Food Immigration Pilot Program
The IRCC introduced the Agri-Food Pilot Program to meet the labor needs of the Agri-Food sector in Canada and provide a pathway to permanent residence for workers working in this sector. Therefore, if you are working in the agriculture sector, this program might be the right fit for you to immigrate to Canada. The Agri-Food Pilot Program will end in May 2023, but IRCC might extend it.
The Agri-Food Pilot Program has an annual limit, so you must apply on time. Eligible industries and occupations are as follows:

Requirements
- Canadian high school or equivalent foreign credential verified by ECA within the last five years
- Have a job offer (non-seasonal) from a Canadian employer in an eligible industry and occupation
- At least one year paid, full-time work experience as a temporary foreign worker in Canada within the last three years in an eligible industry and occupation
- Have a settlement fund, if you are not already working in Canada with a valid work permit
