GCMS Notes

Make sure you have the following information before you start the request

  • Last name
  • Given names as it appears on your immigration application
  • Date of birth
  • Full name and date of birth of your spouse or common-law partner and dependents (if they are included in your application)
  • Phone number 
  • Email address
  • Application/file number
  • UCI number 

 After you make the payment, a Form will show up for you to fill in your details. We will use this information to complete the Consent form IRCC) / Consent form (CBSA) and send it to you to print, sign with BLUE INK, scan and email back to us. Please send us an email to info@newrealmimmigration.com or WhatsApp at +15876464512 if you made the payment and were unable to complete the form.

 

Alternatively, you can download the Consent Form (IRCC) / Consent form (CBSA) before paymentcomplete it, sign with BLUE INK, and upload it to the Information Form that will come up after payment.

 

NOTE:

You may use your cellphone to take a picture of the consent form OR free scanning Apps that can be downloaded if necessary. (Example: CamScanner). Please ensure that the scanned image is clear and the text legible.

 

Although a hand sign is recommendedyou can e-sign the form. When e-signing, please be advised that typing your name, entering initials, or uploading an image of a signature is not accepted by IRCC. Please use your trackpad or your cellphone to enter your signatures as you would on paper documents. Also, your signatures should match the ones on your official documents. If the signatures do not match, the consent form will not be accepted, and IRCC will ask for a replacement.

 

If you e-sign the form, please provide us with a copy of the biographical pages of your passport, which has to be submitted along with an e-signed consent form to info@newrealmimmigration.com.

E-GCMS Notes

When an application is refused, the information on the refusal letter could be generic. A GCMS note is needed to get detailed information for the refusal of an application. GCMS Notes contain the officer’s complete notes on why an application was refused, among other details. If you intend to resubmit a refused application, consider ordering a GCMS Notes.

You can also use the GCMS Notes to monitor the progress of your application

The information could be on Security Screening and the Travel History Report on border crossing. The information is obtained from CBSA

Review of Notes

This review service refers to those who received GCMS Notes and need a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant to break down the information for them.

Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will provide a written report within three business days of receiving the GCMS Notes. The report will disclose an officer’s findings and decisions.

Handling of personal information

The information provided by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is delivered to you as is without any modification, concealment, changes or omissions. Upon successfully transferring the electronic or paper files to you, the files are deleted (deleted) after 25 days to protect your privacy.

All electronic information obtained from you is handled and stored in accordance with The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Payments

New Realm Immigration & Visa Solution Inc. accepts payments by Credit and Debit cards issued by leading financial institutions like Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. If you cannot make a payment with any of the above mentioned, we would be happy to accommodate your needs by offering wire transfer and other modes of payment at your convenience. Please note that 4% were applied to online payment.

All payments made are subject to clearance, and you are bound by the terms and conditions as set by the respective payment gateways used by New Realm Immigration & Visa Solution Inc.

Refunds

All transactions are non-refundable. This includes cases where the requested information is delayed or refused under the law by any federal agency. Only in exceptional cases where a payment has been made, but the request has not yet been filed with a federal agency, New Realm Immigration & Visa Solution Inc. may consider refunds on a case by case basis regarding the reason cited for seeking the refund.

Disputes

We at New Realm Immigration & Visa Solution Inc. are here to assist you in obtaining information from the Canadian Government Agencies. We will strive to accommodate your requests and process them as fast as possible. However, suppose a dispute arises out of or in connection with this Contract. In that case, the parties agree to meet to pursue resolution through negotiation or other appropriate dispute resolution processes before resorting to litigation.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. The parties shall submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Fort Mcmurray, Alberta, Canada.
