Provincial Nominee Programs

Except in the province of Quebec, the government of Canada selects people for immigration. However, the Provincial Nominee Program allows provinces and territories to nominate candidates who would like to immigrate to their province based on labor shortages and in-demand jobs. The PNP offer programs for international graduates, entrepreneur, workers, etc.
