Review Services
Review Services is for people applying independently and would like their application reviewed before submitting it to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will check the profile or application for eligibility, errors, and mistakes and advise potential applicants on how to make their application more robust. After which, the applicant will apply by themselves. We must state here that reviewing your application does not imply that we are your representatives. To retain us, you must sign a retainer’s agreement with our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, and we will submit and communicate with the applicable authority on your behalf.
Please note that the timeline to receive our report starts from the time we receive complete documentation.
Express Entry Profile Review
This review service refers to candidates who have completed their Express Entry profile and want to ensure that they have answered the questions correctly before they transmit their profile. This review service is also for those who want to know how to increase their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score. You can also use this service if you believe that you are eligible to create your profile, but you are getting error messages.
Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will provide a written report within three business days of receiving the complete requested documents. The report will state errors and how to improve your CRS score.

Family Sponsorship File Review (Spouse, Common-law, Dependent, Parents & Grandparents)
This review service is for family sponsorship applicants who want their applications reviewed before submitting them to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Family sponsorship applications can be overwhelming as it requires the completion of many forms and extensive documents. As a result, applicants are prone to make errors or miss essential documents, names, dates, and signatures.
Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will provide a written report within seven business days of receiving complete forms and requested documents. The report will highlight errors, mistakes, missing documents, dates, and signatures and point out any areas that could make your application stronger.

Permanent Residence File Review
This review is for candidates applying for permanent residence and would like their application reviewed before submitting them to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will provide a written report within five business days of receiving complete documentation. Please note that for Express Entry, we would need snapshots of your online forms and copies of requested documents. The report will highlight errors, state missing documents, and any additional information that could make your application stronger.
Fee for Service: $1,545.71
Review of Refused and Rejected Applications
This review service is for those who have had their application refused, rejected, canceled, or returned and would like to know why those mentioned above happened. This review service is also for those who would like to see the chance of getting approved if they resubmit their application.
You would need to submit copies of your forms and documents, and our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will review them. After which, we will contact you to discuss the application. If the application was denied due to an error made by you, our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant might recommend a resubmission. On the other hand, if it was denied because of oversight from the visa officer, our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant might suggest a reconsideration, which could lead to approval, and you would not have to pay additional application fees.
