Business Visitor Visa

The business visitor visa allows you to conduct your business activities without a work permit. You need a business visitor visa if you are coming to Canada temporarily to invest, establish business relationships, grow your business, or participate in international business activities without being part of Canada’s labor market.

Requirements

• A travel document
• A letter of invitation from a Canadian business host and a letter of support from a parent company
• Proof of financial capability to cater for your expenses during your stay
• Proof that your source of income and business is outside Canada
• Demonstrate that you will not exceed six months in Canada
• Proof that you will not enter the Canadian labor market
