Review Services
Review Services is for people applying independently and would like their application reviewed before submitting it to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will check the profile or application for eligibility, errors, and mistakes and advise potential applicants on how to make their application more robust. After which, the applicant will apply by themselves. We must state here that reviewing your application does not imply that we are your representatives. To retain us, you must sign a retainer’s agreement with our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, and we will submit and communicate with the applicable authority on your behalf.
Please note that the timeline to receive our report starts from the time we receive complete documentation.
Express Entry Profile Review
This review service refers to candidates who have completed their Express Entry profile and want to ensure they have answered the questions correctly before transmitting their profile. This review service is also for those wishing to increase their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score. You can also use this service if you believe you are eligible to create your profile but are getting error messages.
Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will review it over the phone or via Zoom/ Google Meet.
Permanent Residence File Review
This review service is for permanent residence applicants who want their applications reviewed before submitting them to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Permanent residence applications can be overwhelming as they require the completion of many forms and extensive documents. As a result, applicants are prone to make errors or miss essential documents, names, dates, and signatures.
Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will review it over the phone or via Zoom/ Google Meet within seven business days of receiving the complete forms and requested documents. The review will cover errors, mistakes, missing documents, dates, and signatures and highlight areas that could strengthen your application.
Review of Refused and Rejected Applications
This review service is for those who have had their application refused, cancelled, or returned and would like to know why it happened. This review service is also for those who would like to see the chance of getting approved if they resubmit their application.
You must submit copies of your forms and documents; our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will review them. After which, we will contact you to discuss the application. If the application was denied due to your error, our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant might recommend a resubmission. On the other hand, if it was denied because of oversight from the visa officer, our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant might suggest a reconsideration, which could lead to approval, and you would not have to pay additional application fees.
